Green Tomato / Rasberry Jam
What do you do with all those green tomatoes at the end of the season?
Why not try this jam? It really is good and tastes like raspberries! Use a good quality jelly and you are away!
5 1/2 cups chopped green tomatoes 5 1/2 cups sugar 1 package raspberry-flavored jelly - (6-oz) In large kettle combine tomatoes and sugar. Simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until dissolved, about 1 minute. Pour into jars and top with lids. This recipe yields about 7 pound jars
