Crustless Tuna Quiche
This is an easy luncheon dish or can be served as a starter - garnish with olives and tomatoes for a spectacular finish.
200 Grams Tuna In Oil -- flaked
120 Grams Cheddar Cheese -- grated
1 Large Onion -- finely chopped
25 Milligrams Flour
4 Large Eggs -- beaten
250 Milliliters Milk
5 Milligrams Mixed Herbs (or use a selection of fresh herbs)
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Paprika -- to garnish
Combine tuna, cheese and onion with flour.
Spread over the base of a 22mm pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients except paprika together and pour over tuna mixture.
Cook until set - about 10 minutes on medium high.
Serving Ideas : Serve hot with green salad and french bread,
