whole green chilies -- split and seeded or green peppers for a milder flavour
4 ounces cheddar cheese -- grated
6 Fresh Eggs
1 10-ounce can whole kernel corn
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Cheddar cheese -- grated
Preheat oven to 350ºF In a greased 7 × 11 baking dish, layer split chilies and first amount of cheese.
Combine eggs, corn, milk, flour, baking powder and garlic salt; mix well. Pour over chilies, top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes until puffed and browned. Serve with Salsa.
